17 Mar 21 Scania Hispania settles in new, modern facilities

Scania Hispania has changed its headquarters and its dealership into a new location to better adapt to their customers’ needs.

In these new facilities at Henares’ corridor (Madrid), they offer different services such as selling and maintenances of both new and second-hand trucks, buses, industrial and marine engines from Scania. They also offer personalized repairs and maintenance contracts as well as individualized financial solutions.

Regarding their after-sales services, Scania has included in these vast facilities important new services as a specific area for car-accident’s repairs with a painting cabin for industrial vehicles; a sanding area and an industrial bench for straightening chassis; pre-MOT and a technical centre for tachograph revision among many other novelties. Also, these new facilities are prepared for servicing gas, hybrid and electric vehicles.

The project, which started five years ago, counts with a total area of 27.000m2, with a built area of 7.4000m2 distributed in two prismatic capacities resting on an industrialized precast concrete structure made of Thalassa, Titania, Icaria, Minerva, Orion and doble T beams. The dealership takes 3.100m2, 2.0000 m2 of which are occupied by the workshop which has 25 mechanics and 21 additional workers. The offices have 168 workers distributed in 3.600m2 with enclosures that have special pre-frames made for them. This kind of structure and the enclosures finished in our traditional plain grey allowed the builder to shorten the construction deadline.

These facilities have been erected by Construcciones ACR, a company leader in its sector that invests in sustainability and innovation, which has 5 territorial entrustments (delegations) and almost 50 years’ experience.
